Absolutely the best cupcakes! Vegan, gluten free, regular, whatever. Every single one is delicious. We ordered a new one this time, Campfire S'mores and they did not disappoint. A delicious meringue marshmallow frosting on top made with chickpea brine. Even the non vegan members of my family can never tell the difference. Pussycat cupcakes are worth every penny!
